What would working with me look like?

It would look something like this, although you absolutely have a say in what you do or don’t want to include in the sessions:

To begin, I say a blessing for the session.

I call in, as well, the presence and help of any guides and light beings who are working with us and who can help facilitate your healing experience.

We take a flower essence together, tuning ourselves to each other and the work to come, and anoint ourselves with essential oils. Then I guide you into a small meditation helping you breathe yourself into your body and open to receive the gifts and healing that the session will bring,

The healing time begins.

Each session starts with this small ritual, then moves into cognitive listening and exploring. I sit in deep presence with you while you share your story, tell me about what is challenging you, what you want help with. I offer guidance, help, and support through it. You are seen, and you are heard.

We then we move into the healing work with energy medicine. If you are in person the session includes sound healing from my singing bowls and gongs. If you are doing remote work I have recordings of my gongs you can listen to. When the energy work is done we sit with one another again and go over what happened for each of us during the healing time.

Afterwards there will be check ins about which plant medicines, essential oils, and flower essences might be appropriate for you to work with, including instructions on how to take, make, and/or apply them. I will also give you suggestions for ways you can and should continue the process in between sessions. Then we close the session in great gratitude for all the help given in the session.

Most clients ask how long they will be working with me, but I can’t know that. Neither can you. Each person has their own rhythm and tolerance for change, and for facing the deeper patterns and wounds that have created the challenges they are experiencing.

For some it might be 3-6 months, depending on how fresh the break up is when they come to me, and how much they’ve already processed. For others it might be a year or more.

It also depends on how often you are able to do sessions, especially at first. The more time between sessions the harder it is to facilitate the deeper changes needed. Remember, in the best scenario of working weekly, I only have 1-2 hours a week, which is 4-8 hours a month to help facilitate your therapeutic process, including clearing and healing earlier life wounding and trauma that may need to be addressed as part of the healing process.

I have been working remotely for many years and find the work just as powerful as in person - it just feels different not being in the same room. Since for now we would be working via Zoom I can record the sessions for you to have.

The sound healing work, of course, is much more powerful in person, but we do what we can to help you access the tones and vibrations of the instruments if they are used.
